We're looking for a Sales Account Specialist to join our Sales Team who is super excited about E-Commerce, Company Management Tools, ERP and CRM, B2B, account management, payment systems, and business development. We would be happy to welcome you to our team!

Desired Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the related fields: Economy, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related degree required, master’s degree is a plus.

Having experience in the following will give you an advantage:

  • Fresh graduate or 1-3 years of experience in corporate selling experience and proven sales to large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling SaaS-based or outsourced services preferred.


  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Turkish,
  • Delivering profitable new business revenue growth in the assigned territory while meeting and exceeding revenue targets and relevant quotas
  • Growing and managing a balanced pipeline across assigned territory achieving new business revenue growth along with other assigned duties
  • Effectively building a year-over-year track record of consistent performance and accountability using multiple sales approaches and managing complex sales into large enterprises,
  • Providing accurate and detailed sales data on Zoho, Bitrix, HubSpot and relevant.
  • Acting with integrity and demonstrating ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders
  • Taking full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrating initiative, drive, and determination to achieve results, success, and growth
  • Maintaining a high level of energy, enthusiasm, engagement, and commitment to action.

We are growing rapidly across the local market and you get to be right in the middle of the action. Your main responsibility will be to manage the contract and invoice processes and sales operations around our company objectives. What You'll Do


  • Managing existing customers determined by the company,
  • Bringing new customers to the company and ensuring coordination with the project teams created for this purpose,
  • Realizing the quarterly and annual sales targets announced by the company,
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecast reports,
  • Regularly reporting visit information and sales opportunities via CRM-ERP software,
  • Preparing customer offers, presenting them to customers and monitoring the process,
  • Following up on the payments when requested by the Finance Department.
